Blade length: 44 cm
Total length: 54.5 cm
Weight: 506 grams
Point of balance: around 14 cm from guard
Width at front of grip: 6.2 cm
Width at widest point in "belly": 5.5 cm
Thickness of spine at base of blade: 0.63 cm
Thickness just before start of false edge: 0.47 cm
The grip is snug to the hand. It was not made for someone with small hands. It is intentionally close to your fist, to give good and secure control. Once you hold it the value of this is apparent. It is a pretty light and quick weapon that still has an impressive "punch" to its feel. Absolutely not a ponderous cleaver: it is very much a "smart" and agile weapon. The "fullers" are groves that I think were cut and scraped into the blade. The big one has square sides and a flat bottom. Tis removes quite a bit of material, and looks very sharp and attractive, giving the blade a very finished and aware look to it.
A very (awe) inspiring little sword.
